We hope that the website is both easy to use and informative, however we have created this guide to ensure that the process is a smooth as possible for you.

Initially you should either click on the navigation link on the left to the online shop,  then click the link to enter the category you are interested in, or just click the link to the category you require within the category box, which is also on the left in the box named ‘categories’. This will bring up a list of all the products in that range.

To view a larger image of a product, click the image next to the product you are interested in. This will open a small window with a larger image. You can close this when you are done by clicking the ‘X’ in the top right hand corner.

To see more details about the product, click on the link that says ‘product details’. This will load a page with more specific information about that product.

You can change the quantity of the product to order by changing the value in the quantity box which is situated near the ‘Add to Cart’ button. When you have done this, simply click ‘Add to Cart’. You are then taken to your basket, which shows you what you have ordered so far. From here you can either ‘continue shopping’, or ‘checkout’ your order.

If you follow the continue shopping link, you are taken back to the category you were previously in. To change category, click on one of the categories in the ‘Product Categories’ box. From here you can repeat the above step until you have added all the products you wish to order into your basket.

If you follow the ‘Checkout’ link, you will be presented with a log in/registration screen. If you have registered on our site, or shopped with us before, please enter the email address and password you used, then check that the name and address details are correct. If this is the first time you have shopped with us, please enter your details in the registration form and click next.

Please then review the order to ensure that it is what you would like. If it is not, you can click on the ‘Show Cart’ link in the ‘My Cart’ box on the right hand side of the page, make any adjustments, and repeat the previous step. If it is, please check the delivery address is the address you want the order to be sent to. If it is not, you can change the delivery address by clicking the delivery address link. Then click next.

Finally, please double check the basket is what you want to order, review the shipping address, and add any comments or delivery instructions to the order. Then review the terms and conditions, and if you agree to abide by them, tick the checkbox by I agree to the terms of service, and click ‘Confirm order’.

You should now see the PayPal payment page, where you should either enter your payment details, or your PayPal account details if you have an existing account and wish to pay using PayPal. Follow the on screen instructions to complete the payment.

You will then see a confirmation message and be sent an email to the address you used, and have the option to review the order. Congratulations, you have successfully placed your order.
